Last updated November 1, 2026. How Zz Details uses text messages and how to opt out.
1. Program description
Zz Details (Zz Details LLC (Colorado), Zz Details CA LLC (California), Zz Details NC LLC (North Carolina) and Zz Details SC LLC (South Carolina)) sends appointment-related text messages to customers who have given consent: booking confirmations, reminders the day before, on-the-way notices when your detailer is en route, and a post-service follow-up. With separate consent, we may also send occasional offers. Messages are sent from our business lines, including toll-free number +1 (844) 875-4713 and (720) 575-5267.
2. How consent is collected
We ask for your consent before sending any text. When you book by phone, a team member reads the consent question before confirming the appointment. When you text us first, we reply with the consent question before sending appointment messages. When you book online, a team member confirms your booking and asks for consent, and until it is recorded we confirm by email only. The consent question is: "Is it okay if Zz Details texts you about your appointment, including the booking confirmation, reminder, on-the-way notice, and post-service follow-up? Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking a service, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and is tied to your appointments, typically 2 to 4 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
4. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Your number is removed from texting immediately and you will receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (720) 575-5267, or email info@zzdetailsllc.com.
5. Privacy
Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked in the footer of this page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
